Launching an AI-led modernization firm with a clear market story

Seleris Group

AI-Led Business Process Modernization

As Seleris Group prepared to launch, B. McGuire Marketing worked with founder Colin Gunter to define the market narrative, sharpen the positioning and key messages, and carry that foundation into the website, executive overview, LinkedIn launch strategy, and press release. The result was a cohesive go-to-market launch built for executive audiences and business development conversations.

The challenge

Standing out in a crowded and often misunderstood AI market

Seleris Group was preparing to enter a category crowded with AI consultancies, technology providers, and increasingly similar claims about transformation. The challenge was not only to stand out, but to help executive audiences understand where AI creates real business value without getting lost in technical language or hype.

Seleris had a distinct point of view: meaningful results do not come from adopting AI tools alone. They come from redesigning the processes, workflows, and decisions where AI can improve operational and financial performance.

The launch needed to make that idea clear and consistent across every touchpoint, from the website and executive overview to LinkedIn and public communications, while giving founder Colin Gunter a strong narrative he could carry directly into business development conversations.

The Foundation

Building the market story before the launch

Before developing the website or launch materials, we worked with Seleris to define the audiences, market narrative, positioning, and key messages that would guide every go-to-market touchpoint.

The work went well beyond writing website copy. We developed a structured messaging framework that clarified the business problem Seleris was addressing, the point of view it wanted to own, and how to communicate its value to senior executives in clear business terms.

That foundation was then carried into the executive overview, website, LinkedIn launch content, and press release, giving Seleris a consistent story across both marketing and business development conversations.

“The most valuable part was the work that happened before any development started. They worked with me at the outset on positioning and key messages until the story was sharp, then built the executive overview deck, website, LinkedIn posts, and press release on top of that foundation. The result is consistent messaging I use in nearly every business development conversation.”

The Digital Experience

Bringing the market narrative to life online

The website translated the positioning work into a clear executive-facing story. Rather than leading with technology capabilities, the homepage starts with the business problem Seleris is designed to solve: organizations are adopting AI rapidly, but far fewer are seeing measurable improvements in operational performance.

From there, the site explains Seleris’s point of view, approach, and capabilities in business terms, connecting AI with process redesign, organizational alignment, and the operational work required to create measurable results.

The result is a digital presence that gives prospective clients a clear understanding of both the problem Seleris addresses and why its approach is different.

The Results

Early traction from a coordinated launch

Seleris launched with a clear market position, a consistent executive-facing story, and a coordinated set of tools for business development and market visibility. Early response has validated the messaging and given the firm a strong foundation for continued growth.

Early search performance shows that the new Seleris presence is beginning to build visibility beyond the initial launch audience. Organic search sessions increased from 2 in April to 63 in June, while monthly Google search impressions grew from 50 to 387 over the same period.

The launch also created early traction within Colin Gunter’s professional network. Seleris attracted followers to its new LinkedIn presence, generated strong engagement on early posts, and received positive feedback as Colin tested the positioning and messaging with executives and colleagues in his network.

Just as importantly, the executive overview has become a practical business development tool. Colin reports that the messaging is being well received in executive conversations and gives him a consistent way to communicate the Seleris point of view, approach, and value proposition with prospective clients.

Following the launch, B. McGuire Marketing continues to maintain the Seleris website and monitor performance across traffic, search visibility, and engagement. Those insights provide a baseline for future marketing decisions as the firm continues to build its market presence.
